Social Chaps are a no-nonsense, global sales and marketing agency working in over 10 countries, helping companies scale their operations through unique and effective digital marketing & sales.
As an account coordinator, you will be responsible and working with the internal team and end clients to deliver on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
We’re a fast-moving team and you’ll be working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Permanent - 5 days a week
Anywhere - As long as you are working on European 9-5 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for scaling, retaining and delivering for clients all across Europe. At the maximum, you may have 40 clients throughout these countries. You will need a good understanding of business and different industries, but not a deep understanding.
You will have full responsibility for all your clients and the team working for those clients. You need to be a fast learner, worker & a problem solver.
We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable working with technology, working with clients and their written English is excellent.
You’ll be working directly with clients on their business, where you will have to learn and understand who they are, what their solution is and who in the organisation you are trying to find to help get them in the room.
You’ll be trained extensively by the Social Chaps team on how to deliver our services, so no real marketing or sales training will be required. Just a willingness to learn, alongside being able to effectively work remotely.
