In our first podcast, Mark speaks openly and candidly about how he dealt with his wife committing suicide. Mark tells us his story and how he’s learning to live with grief. He describes how his friend signed him up for the Channel 4 show SAS: Who dares wins and eventually went on to win it. Just a year on from his wife’s passing, we discuss the importance of mental health, and what more can be done.
